Brief introduction of air jet loom
High speed
Air jet loom has adopted new weft insertion device and new wall panel structure. The CPU can run at 1200pm.
Low energy consumption
Due to the new weft insertion device and energy-saving design of main and auxiliary nozzles, the air consumption of air-jet loom has been greatly reduced compared with the equipment running on the market.
Low vibration
By means of three-dimensional design and computer analysis, the optimization of the frame structure including the cross beam connection, the lightweight and moderate balance of the beating up mechanism are realized. The loom can run smoothly at high speed.
Wide product adaptability
Full standard configuration and flexible use of various options make the weaving scope of loom expand to the weaving field of original rapier loom. It includes super wide decorative fabric, tire cord fabric, glass fiber electronic fabric, different kinds of yarn count, air bag, seersucker, woven fabric edge and so on.
